Japanese Sushi

The most famous food in Tokyo is sushi. Sushi is the traditional food of Japan and is based on rice and raw fish combined with other materials.

Let’s do it!

Ingredients

  • 250gr sushi rice

  • 400ml water

  • 30ml vinegar

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 4 sushi phyllo nori

  • 250gr salmon

  • 1 little cucumber

  • ½ avocado

  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a soup, rinse the rice

  2. Boil rice with water and salt

  3. In a second pot melt the sugar and add salt and vinegar

  4. After pour the mixture into the rice

  5. Spread the rice on a large dish until it dries

  6. Finishing our materials

  7. On a clean surface we use bamboo wrapping and a phyllo nori

  8. Wet our hands and grab rice

  9. Spread it well on the surface and add our materials

  10. With the bamboo wrapping, roll the roll

  11. Using a knife and cut into slices

  12. Sushi is ready for serving
